In this course you will be introduced to a range of legal relationships. The term �legal relationships� is used here to mean those associations which arise in commercial situations.

At the end of your study of this course you will be able to:
  • Distinguish between different forms of business organisation.
  • Explain the advantages and disadvantages of each form in a given business situation.
  • Identify the main features of an agency relationship.
  • Explain the importance of the contract of employment and identify its existence in a simple factual situation.
  • Apply your understanding of the legal rules governing legal relationships to factual situations.
